When energetic, Term Highlight immediately scrubs the Title and Passage returned from searches and wraps search terms with a span, permitting you to highlight them as though they match your site layout well.

Term Highlight likewise consists of a function enabling you to fetch an excerpt from the post_content or from a Custom-made Field that contains a minimum of among the search terms. See use below.

Usage

The setup for this Extension coincides with all other Expansions. Download and install the zip documents from your Account, upload and mount them as you would any other WordPress plugin. Term Highlight will undoubtedly turn up in your Plugins checklist in the WordPress management location, and you can trigger it.

Term Emphasize will instantly highlight terms within the Title and Passage for indigenous WordPress searches when turned on. Emphasizes are applied by covering terms you can target in your CSS.

Term Emphasize will automatically bypass calls to the_excerpt() by replacing that material with a passage containing at least one search term from the main content (e.g. the main content area, not Personalized Fields). It will certainly also highlight terms in this material. Please see the filters below if you want to disable or customize this performance.
