Refund Policy

At LookupWP, all items was digital. We purchase all the items at the author or 3rd party. Once you download it, there’s really no way to return. No refunds will be given except in some special case.

Refund Requests

We will assess refund requests on their merits if:

  1. The digital product is unusable.
  2. You can’t find the digital you want at our site.
  3. Duplicate payment.
